Ever since we started in 2007, we have worked as a small website team consisting of three people: Maria Kurolapnik, Andre Kuzmicheff, and Andrey Kosarev. Maria Kurolapnik is the executive, marketing, and sales manager. She handles all the communications with clients and artists, processes all the orders and purchases, and represents our boutique in all the online and offline events and places. Andre Kuzmicheff is the website, feature, and content manager. He ensures that the website is in good functional condition and presentable appearance. Andre also oversees and plans future content and features for our website. And Andrey Kosarev is the site system administrator responsible for the website functioning, availability, and security.
After launching two websites, each of which lacked information and features we were so eager to deliver, we have realized the need for a larger team of designers and developers to carry out such a project and deliver everything we envisioned. After about two months of research, we have teamed up with great development teams and freelance artists. We have been quite surprised to have 16 people working on this project and doing it professionally and productively. We have had a great time working with all these people, and we have generated and implemented many interesting ideas on this website, while working together. We appreciate the time, energy, and dedication our developers have invested at every step of the project.
Our artists and their works are truly unique and matchless. Each artist presented in our gallery has his own artistic style, production approach, and even tools design. Each creates fascinating things and fascinates himself in knowledge of production techniques and historical aspects of blacksmithing, goldsmithing, and engraving. Each dedicates himself completely to the art and craft of creating, and each tends to invest all the available time in that activity.
What we have learned in the last three years are two interesting things. First, our visitors, viewers, and clients like to come to us and have a positive experience whether ordering from us or expressing general interest. Second, our artists like to be completely dedicated to their designs and creations, and they prefer to be able to deal with organizational and commercial tasks in as little time as possible.
Our project is an attempt to introduce and promote our unique artists and their fascinating works to all the people in the world. We have taken an endeavor to create a place that satisfies all the aesthetic needs of our visitors and that allows our artists to keep focused on the artistic aspects of their work rather than on the organizational ones. We are excited with our current achievements, and we are already making notes for future additions and improvements.
