We created the Order section to help you understand how to purchase an available item or how to order a custom item from our boutique. We offer several ways to order an item online or offline, as shown in gallery or customized to your specifications. Check out this page and other pages in this section to learn about purchase, order, customization, payment, shipping, return, warranty, and repair of the items in our boutique. We worked hard to make these aspects of our operation as transparent and comprehensible as possible. We understand, however, there might be some nuances that we did not cover and you may have questions about. Please let us know, if you have any questions regarding the order from boutique, and we will help you get the right answers.
We feature many handcrafted and engraved items on our website. Most of them have been created for particular orders from our clients. Some items, however, have been made by our artists for an art shows, expositions, and contests. Those items are available for sale and shown on the main page of our website. We have also placed the items for sale among the rest of works in our gallery. If an item is available for sale, it has a remark in the description saying that the item can be purchased and shipped immediately. If the item for sale is a ring, it has a specific ring size in US standard. If you would like to purchase an item available for sale, please press the Ask Question button in the item description and send us a message. We will reply to your request and guide you through the rest of the purchase process.
Our gallery presents a variety of exquisite designs, and our artists take a variety of artistic approaches in their work. Dmitriy Pavlov can reproduce nearly all of his works to a state of an exact same, except a few, which incorporate unique gems or other materials in the design, for example Magic Mushroom or The Source. Dmitry Malakhov creates only unique knives, and even if he crafts several similar knives as a series, each knife has a unique shape of handle, guard, and blade, for example Acanthus Leaves and Thistle Leaves. To order an item you like from our gallery, start by pressing the Ask Question button in the item description and sending us your order request. We will guide you through the rest of the order process, and create either the same item as shown in gallery or an item featuring custom materials or design, depending on your preferences and our artist's approach. For any item featuring custom design, a graphic sketch will be presented to you for comments and approval, before we begin our work.
