We of­fer sev­er­al ways to or­der an item on­line or off­line, as shown in gal­lery or cus­tom­ized to your spe­cifica­tions. Check out this page and oth­er pages in this sec­tion to learn about pur­chase, or­der, cus­tom­iz­a­tion, pay­ment, ship­ping, re­turn, war­ranty, and re­pair of the items in our boutique. We worked hard to make these as­pects of our op­er­a­tion as trans­par­ent and com­pre­hens­ible as pos­sible. We un­der­stand, however, there might be some nu­ances that we did not cov­er and you may have ques­tions about. Please let us know, if you have any ques­tions re­gard­ing the or­der from boutique, and we will help you get the right an­swers.

Item Purchase

We fea­ture many hand­craf­ted and en­graved items on our web­site. Most of them have been cre­ated for par­tic­u­lar or­ders from our cli­ents. Some items, however, have been made by our artists for an art shows, ex­pos­i­tions, and con­tests. Those items are avail­able for sale and shown on the main page of our web­site. We have also placed the items for sale among the rest of works in our gal­lery. If an item is avail­able for sale, it has a re­mark in the de­scrip­tion say­ing that the item can be pur­chased and shipped im­me­di­ately. If the item for sale is a ring, it has a spe­cif­ic ring size in US stand­ard. If you would like to pur­chase an item avail­able for sale, please press the Ask Ques­tion but­ton in the item de­scrip­tion and send us a mes­sage. We will reply to your re­quest and guide you through the rest of the pur­chase pro­cess.

Order and Customization

Our gal­lery presents a vari­ety of ex­quis­ite designs, and our artists take a vari­ety of artist­ic ap­proaches in their work. Dmitriy Pavlov can re­pro­duce nearly all of his works to a state of an ex­act same, ex­cept a few, which in­cor­por­ate unique gems or oth­er ma­ter­i­als in the design, for ex­ample Ma­gic Mush­room or The Source. Dmitry Malak­hov cre­ates only unique knives, and even if he crafts sev­er­al sim­il­ar knives as a series, each knife has a unique shape of handle, guard, and blade, for ex­ample Acanthus Leaves and Thistle Leaves. To or­der an item you like from our gal­lery, start by press­ing the Ask Ques­tion but­ton in the item de­scrip­tion and send­ing us your or­der re­quest. We will guide you through the rest of the or­der pro­cess, and cre­ate either the same item as shown in gal­lery or an item fea­tur­ing cus­tom ma­ter­i­als or design, de­pend­ing on your pref­er­ences and our artist's ap­proach. For any item fea­tur­ing cus­tom design, a graph­ic sketch will be presen­ted to you for com­ments and ap­prov­al, be­fore we be­gin our work.

Order Placement

When you are ready to pur­chase or or­der an item from our boutique, we of­fer you a flex­ible way to do it on­line or off­line. First, either send your or­der re­quest from our web­site or get in touch with us by phone at +1 (608) 544-0404. Second, we col­lect some in­form­a­tion from you, in­clud­ing your full name, phone num­ber, e‑mail ad­dress, and ship­ping ad­dress. Third, we pre­pare and send the or­der form and in­voice to you. Based on your pref­er­ence, we can send it to you via reg­u­lar mail, fax, or e-mail. Fourth, you have to ac­cept the or­der terms, sign the or­der form, and send it back to us. You al­ways have three busi­ness days to can­cel your or­der from the date we re­ceive the ac­cep­ted or­der form. Fifth, you need to send us the full pay­ment us­ing your pre­ferred meth­od. Sixth, we put your or­der to work. If you pur­chase an avail­able item, we ship it to you with­in 48 hours, after the pay­ment clears. If you or­der an item that is not avail­able for sale, we give you a time es­tim­ate from 3 to 12 weeks, de­pend­ing on the type of item be­ing ordered. Sev­enth, when your or­der is ready to be shipped, we no­ti­fy you either by phone or via e‑mail and provide with a ship­ment track­ing num­ber. Eighth, you re­ceive your item, and, based on your pref­er­ence, prin­ted cop­ies of the or­der form, or­der re­ceipt, au­then­ti­city cer­ti­fic­ate, war­ranty cer­ti­fic­ate, and care guidelines.

Order Payment

After you ac­cept the or­der terms and sign the or­der form, you have 10 busi­ness days to send us the or­der in­voice amount. You can use any of the fol­low­ing pay­ment meth­ods to send your pay­ment:

Item Shipping

When your item is ready, we ship it to you with­in 48 hours via United Par­cel Ser­vice. If an item does not have an ex­act match in our gal­lery, we send this item for pho­to­graphy to Zer­illi Stu­di­os in De­troit, MI. If an ex­act match for an item ex­ists in our gal­lery, we send the item dir­ectly to the cli­ent. We ship or­ders to our cli­ents at no charge with­in 48 con­tin­ent­al states in the United States, ex­clud­ing Alaska and Hawaii. We charge a ship­ping fee for or­ders shipped in­ter­na­tion­ally, and the fee amount de­pends on the coun­try of des­tin­a­tion. If you live out­side the United States, you might have to pay cus­toms fees for the item in your coun­try. When the item has been shipped to you, we no­ti­fy and provide the cli­ent with a ship­ment track­ing num­ber.

Item Return

Our artists are very pas­sion­ate about their work, and the qual­ity of work is one of the most im­port­ant factors that de­term­ines their level of pro­fes­sion­al­ism. Our man­agers are very at­tent­ive and di­li­gent to every cli­ent, and they make sure that all the de­tails of the ordered item are com­pletely de­scribed and com­mu­nic­ated to the artist. When you or­der an item from our gal­lery, we ac­cept no re­turn, wheth­er the item is cus­tom­ized in any way or not. When you pur­chase an item avail­able for sale in our boutique, you can al­ways re­turn it with­in sev­en busi­ness days from the day you re­ceive it. If you de­cide to re­turn your item, please con­tact us be­fore send­ing the item back to us. We will as­sign a re­turn num­ber to your or­der and send you the item re­turn form. You will have to ac­cept the terms, sign the form, and send it back to us with the item. You will have to ship the item back to us at your own ex­pense. We will have to ex­am­ine the item's con­di­tion and en­sure that it is un­dam­aged. We will charge 10% of the total price as a re­stock­ing fee for the re­turned item and is­sue re­fund for the re­main­ing amount.

Warranty and Repair

Every work our artists cre­ate is com­pletely hand­craf­ted, and each item is ini­tialed by hand of one or more artists. Our artists cre­ate beau­ti­ful things, and they cre­ate their mas­ter­pieces to serve prac­tic­ally. The rings are well shaped and com­fort­able, ear­rings are light­weight and bal­anced, and knives are sol­id and very sharp. The items we cre­ate for you are beau­ti­ful yet ex­pens­ive, and must be used and stored with care. Our artists stand proudly be­hind the qual­ity of their work, and we of­fer a 10-year lim­ited and non-trans­fer­able war­ranty for the qual­ity of crafts­man­ship. If a gem­stone be­comes loose in its set­ting, or if a knife's blade be­comes blunt from nor­mal use, we will ser­vice your item, re­store it to ori­gin­al con­di­tion, and re­turn it back to you. You have to con­tact us with your war­ranty ser­vice re­quest be­fore send­ing your item. We will as­sign a work num­ber to your item, and no­ti­fy you, when the work is com­plete, and your item is shipped back to you. The item ship­ping costs both ways are at your ex­pense as well as any ship­ping in­sur­ance or cus­toms fees. This war­ranty does not cov­er any ac­ci­dent­al dam­age and neg­li­gent use of your item. Neither does this war­ranty cov­er any dam­age caused to the item, while in trans­it. If you re­ceive your item with any dam­age, con­tact us im­me­di­ately, so we can help you solve the prob­lem.
